Reminder about Firearms Reporting

IMPORTANT NOTICE 3/10/15

On Sunday, March 15, 2015, the E-FA-10 web site will become the Massachusetts Gun Portal. Beginning on that date, firearms licensees and gun owners are required by law to report ALL private sales, transfers, and surrenders of firearms to the Massachusetts Firearms Records Bureau via the Gun Portal. Paper FA-10 forms will no longer be accepted for these transaction types. Please inform all firearms license applicants (new and renewal) of this important change. Here is the website;
